Some time back last year, our creative colleagues in Singapore office were thinking of a way to automatically type their emails. That was a wonderful idea that stunned the IT for a while. With our squinted eyes, we skeptically looked for a solution ~ if that is.. even possible..

We all knew about word suggestions feature available on our mobile phones. Simply, that is an autocomplete feature that provides suggestions based on first few characters we type. But the ability to complete sentences as you wanted is another level!

In that same month, Google just introduced their Google Smart Compose. We were excited for while until we realized it only worked for Gmail. Thus, the solution was not adoptable as we were using Microsoft Outlook. However, that was our starting point to search for predictive typing technology in the market.

There were couple of software available but they were in their early stages of development. After trying out a few , we found Lightkey. We verified the company and the software quality.

Lightkey is an AI-powered predictive typing software that provides predictive typing features on your Microsoft Word, Outlook, Chrome browser, and more. It also supports multiple languages. It will take 1-2 weeks for predictive feature to work better as the software needs time to analyze your typing patterns.

We did a trial run for the team. There were positive feedback and neutral feedback. As for myself, I didn’t find it useful initially. However, after a month, I’m quite impressed with it. Unfortunately, the software could not automatically type my codes =(

Here you can download and install the FREE version of Lightkey on your PC ->> https://www.lightkey.io/
